Take a look at this great demo about Lumosity. It’s a new website full of games and tricks to help you boost your brain power. The free trial sign-up was out of action when I tried, but the Lumosity blog is really useful. It’s written by a group of down-to-earth neuroscientists who’ve got the knack of writing easy to follow help guides. If your mind is feeling ropey, see their 8 fun steps to a better brain - one very likeable suggestion is to eat chocolate, cocoa-rich, of course ;)
